Hidden Leaf is the newest restaurant concept from Brooklyn restaurateur Josh Cohen (Chez Ma Tante, Lilia, Saint Vitus).
Fantastic spot for a corporate event or work dinner and every single thing we ate was so good-- yunnan bbq ribs, veggie dumplings, pork fried rice, needle noodle. Would come back for the rest of the menu. It's a cute spot kind of tucked away by a theater near the Hudson Yards area, and that block doesn't feel like a part of Manhattan if you're looking for a getaway!
Amazing food and service, the ambience is very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting. Just be aware that it's a bit hidden(hence the name).
I live in the area. This is a new restaurant at Manhattan West. Trendy and filled with plants. You can smell the oxygen. The staff is attentive and kind. Downstairs is a beautiful bar where you can order potstickers that were memorable amd frozen drinks with a full bar. Upstairs which is wheelchair accessible has more bars and another esthetically beautiful restaurant, with views that overlook the park outside...
Beautifully designed space (though tricky to find spot with gps). The highlights were the Broad Noodle starter (unreal contrast of flavors!), the tofu fries and the Earl grey roasted chicken (great portion size)! The bass didn't do it for me but is beautifully presented. All the dim sum was beautiful and tasty as well.
Beautiful ambience in this transformed ex-theatres They have great drinks and trendy, fusion dim sum. Everything was delicious.
